This BIG BELLY SOLAR COMPACTOR has been physically removed from the location of 9th & Race Street, but this seems to have migrated the dumping issue to the next available BIG BELLY SOLAR COMPACTOR located at 10th & Race Street. Perhaps, ANONYMOUS' posted comment regarding identifying the illegal dumpers and issuing a fine then posting the actions will discourage other violators in the future. These COMPACTORS are intended for pedestrian traffic to dispose of minimal litter while traveling through town, not to be used as a dumpster for household trash. The BIG BELLY SOLAR COMPACTOR located at 10th & Race Street is now difficult to open to dispose of a drink cup.
