While traveling north on Wesleyan Drive it was noticed that the traffic lights to turn onto North Hanpton Blvd would only stay green for approximately 8 seconds. The east and west traffic on North Hampton had normal running traffic lights. This causes traffic to back up for miles. It seems to happen at least once every couple weeks with no explanation.
