Description

PECO has been installing power lines in 25th street for the past month. As they work is complete they fill the holes and pave over the trench the had opened. Unfortunately the fill is getting washed away and sinkholes are appearing. Phila Dept of Streets says it's PECO's problem, PECO says it's Dept of Streets. The problem is dangerous and should be fixed immediately.
