As you know, last year the City installed new sidewalks and repaved Bradley Avenue up to Winthorp Terrace. This year, the second half of Bradley Avenue will be done. Next year, the sidewalks on Winthrop Terrace will be replaced, followed by repaving the year after. Sequencing the sidewalk and paving work prevents tearing up of new paved roadway and allows us to stretch limited funding. As you noted, the roadway is beyond the point where patching is a solution. We will have crews out this summer to repair the worst of the potholes.
