You reside in Zone A for leaf pickup. Your next scheduled pickup is next week, the week on November 19th. However, please be aware that it is taking our crews longer than expected to complete leaf collection on some street due to the very large piles. Additionally, when the leaves are wet from rain or snow, the leaf collections machines tend to clog which slows down the collection. As an alternative to waiting for the leaf trucks, you can continue to use the brown bags (with stickers) for yard waste pickup through Groot. However, after November 30th Groot will no longer accept yard waste bags.

Thank you for responding to the issue. The first leaf collection date was on 11/5, before it snowed, and nothing was picked up in the neighborhood. I hope it is taken care of on the next date.
