Yes, and there is another illegal “chop shop” a few blocks down on the same side of the street. And they aren’t trying to hide it. There is another one on the 2100 block of Illinois st operating out of a derelict apartment building that was reported over a year ago. This city seems to protect bad actors while showing active contempt for compliant property owners.
