Description

There are heaps of trash constantly on 16th bw South and Bainbridge. How can we have residents clean out front their properties??

I've seen this too. I think someone there does not secure their trash in a bag on trash day then it blows everywhere.

Agreed. I am constantly in touch with the property mgr of 624 who isn't fast enough to respond and I have no idea how to contact 620 and 622 mgrs. Residents of both places indicated that they didn't care to pick it up themselves this summer when I asked them.

I am hoping to reopen this issue as I am looking for help in finding a working phone number for PJR realty - the folks that are supposed to be property mgrs for 620 and 622 S 16th. Those two rental properties are notorious for trash and no snow removal.

This remains a problem. I walk along the west side of 16th street between South and Bainbridge nearly every day and it's always filthy. The renters there simply don't pick up the trash in front of their buildings. Help!
