Description
Homeless people have taken to to parking and living out of vehicles on the corner of Sonoma and Winchester. A few of the vehicles do work and parked on the corner making a hazardous place to turn onto. Most times they are sleep with the doors open. They need to have the a few of those inoperable vehicles removed and that group needs to relocate. Thanks in advance!
