There is a portable hoop at 54 anawan st that i have almost hit many times, 4 weeks now ive complained and nothing is done....it is left in the street all day and never in use....oncomming traffic cant see it and almost collide with each other

since 7/9 people have been complaining aboit this basket ball hoop in the street...why is it there 24/7 ? Why is it in The street? Some jerk came flying at me and i almost hit the hoop , cant wait for a schoolbus comming down and another car on the opposite side, there is going to be an accident
