Over the past few years, whenever there is a heavy downpour, we have had flooding problems in the stream that runs between houses on the 3000 block of Center Drive, and the opposite block of Ramblewood. Our house is at the end of the street, and a culvert runs under Ramsey. This gets backed up, and floods our yard, and the house behind us, and we have gotten water in our garage, and, a couple times, it has started to get into the basement. Due to erosion, the stream itself is not as deep as it used to be. Not sure if that contributes to the problem, or if there is some other drainage issue upstream, but it is increasingly a concern as more heavy rains are more likely to cause more severe property damage. Can someone please come out and take a look?
