Description
The traffic light (at the intersection of 70 E and Lumley Rd) is way too dim. I am only 37 and have trouble seeing; I'm sure there are older drivers who have extreme difficulty with this. There have been multiple wrecks at this location, and it needs to be corrected ASAP.
