Arco Corporate Dr is owned by three different entities. The section between Lumley Road and 8081 is private, the section between 8001 and 8081 is owned by the City of Raleigh and the section between 8001 and Brier Creek is owned by NCDOT.
The city will be resurfacing their section this summer/fall. NCDOT has their section on the list to be resurfaced in the next two years. The city can refresh the missing markings on the DOT section until the resurfacing is complete.
