Large branch on one of the trees in the grass area between Star Rd, Capital Blvd, and S Main St has broken off and needs to be removed.

From 1216 Fanning drive to the intersection with Heritage Hills Way, several sections of sidewalk have been displaced by 1 or more inches due to tree roots. Much of Fanning Dr was fixed earlier this summer, would be wonderful to have the remainder repaired.

This light post is all but useless when the tree has all of its leaves. As you can see from the photo, the light is completely surrounded. Cutting of about 3 branches would be all that is needed. I know I was previously told this work is scheduled for this year but is there any way to have this expedited?

Tree is hanging over the sidewalk and part of the road. Has lots of branches and vines hanging down. Broken branches are also all in the storm drains. Located just south of the Primrose School on Heritage Lake Rd.

Issue was submitted on Friday and some trees on the street were trimmed but the main one in question was not. Submitting new request. Tree is blocking streetlight. Light is in front of 1204 and 1208 Fanning Dr

Tree has overtaken the street light making it almost useless at night. Can the lowest limbs be pruned back?

Multiple potholes have developed on Heritage Lake Rd between Rogers Rd and Heritage Hills Way in both directions.

Storm drain is still clogged. I've opened an issue request for this two previous times and it has been closed as having been resolved. The attached picture is from this morning showing that nothing has actually been done here.

Storm drain is clogged and causes major flooding on the road during rains. I reported this before a few months ago and it was closed as fixed, but we never actually cleaned. It is in the turning lane going southbound on Falls of Neuse Rd while turning left onto Falls Valley Dr.

I opened this report about a month ago and it was closed (and archived) by the city. However, I have seen this week that the problem is definitely not fixed. The storm drain in the concrete island, as you are turning into Olive Park shopping center (from Falls of Neuse), is completely clogged and causing standing water on Falls of Neuse.

During the last leaf removal pass, High Holly Ln was missed (at least part of it). There are a couple of houses with leaves still at the street for collection.

The storm drain that is in the island as you turn into the shopping area (when heading north) with Bad Daddy Burger Bar and Mattress Firm is completely clogged up. Anytime it rains, it creates a huge puddle that extends into the right turn lane of Falls of Neuse Rd
