If possible, a bike rack installed here would be fantastic. There are many cyclists in the neighborhood and we're forced to share the few resident parking signposts for bike locking.

Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.
