    In the Richmond district, there are many intersections that are four way stop signed. Then there are other intersections where one party has the right of way with not stop sign. This pattern is a highly dangerous one that I have criticized since moving here 8 years ago. Now, I have been hit by a car that did not heed their stop sign, and am four months out suffering severe nerve injuries. I think every intersection should have four way stop signs. Bottom line.

    Cars go very fast, over the speed limit, on California at this intersection. There is no stop sign and no street light. It is highly hazardous to pedestrians and cars trying to cross 15th ave.
