Description
The squatters living in front of our RV park broke into the utility box which has our main water shut off valve for the park. They shut off the water service for about 100 people yesterday. They have been here for months having bon fires in the street, selling and doing drugs, dumping stolen cars etc. Our residents continue to ask why we don't do anything about it and we don't know what to tell them. we've reported it here multiple times. After this latest incident with the water being shut off, we have no choice but to start talking to attorneys about what we can do to get these people relocated. We are a business that relies on travelers wanting to come and stay here. The front of our business looks like crap and we're not allowed to do anything about it?? this is crazy.

A Court case out of Idaho has made it very difficult to move the homeless off public property, even allows for the homeless to sue the agency that forces them to move.
