The front of our business has become absolutely disgusting with filth and nobody seems to be willing to do anything about it. I know you can't force the RVs to leave but people are dumping stuff illegally between the RVs. There are now rats in these piles of garbage. This RV has his sewer line running directly onto the city street. People are throwing garbage over our sound wall and hitting our residents RVs with garbage. 2 people have had to move because of this. This is not fair to us our residents. Please, someone has got to do something about the garbage. Even the RV squatters want the stuff gone.

The squatters living in front of our RV park broke into the utility box which has our main water shut off valve for the park. They shut off the water service for about 100 people yesterday. They have been here for months having bon fires in the street, selling and doing drugs, dumping stolen cars etc. Our residents continue to ask why we don't do anything about it and we don't know what to tell them. we've reported it here multiple times. After this latest incident with the water being shut off, we have no choice but to start talking to attorneys about what we can do to get these people relocated. We are a business that relies on travelers wanting to come and stay here. The front of our business looks like crap and we're not allowed to do anything about it?? this is crazy.

These people have been parked in front of our business for about 4 months now. They've now started parking on top of our planter area directly blocking a city sidewalk. Our residents that want to walk to the office now have to go into the street to avoid their encampment. We have people from all over the country staying here when they come to visit San Francisco and six flags because we're one of the only RV parks in the area. It's not a good look for Vallejo to have this out in front of our place. We try to keep the front of our park clean and our maintenance people can't even clean garbage off our own property now.

We're starting to get people setting up their RVs in front of our business again. Every time this happens the amount of thefts and break ins to our laundry facilities, restrooms, and residents vehicles skyrockets. It would be awesome if someone could come out and get these guys to move along. Thanks very much guys!

This boat has been here for months. No trailer. People just keep adding garbage to it. Is there no way we can get this thing removed? We really would like to keep this section of Lincoln Road west clean. We clean small trash almost daily but we don't have the ability to remove stuff like this, and since people see it abandoned here they bring more large trash like furniture etc. We need help to keep this area clean. I know you guys are super busy but we really need to get this boat out of here when you get a chance. Please!

RV squatters are camped in front of Tradewinds again. Last time they were here they created a hazardous situation for the residents living here who walk to the bus stop daily. It also made the front of our business look like a garbage dump.

The city came through last month and cleaned up the massive amount of garbage that had been dumped in this location, and we truly appreciate that. For the first time in months the front of our business looked clean and presentable to travelers coming from out of state. Unfortunately now that the garbage is gone, people in beat up RVs have moved in to replace it.
I really can't describe how bad the situation got the last time we had permanent squatters in front. Multiple fires, including one that spread into our park due to them setting up bon fires. Our landscaping crew couldn't do any clean up on the front of our wall because they have to basically walk through their campsite to do their job. We found tons and tons of used needles all over our property once they were finally made to leave. They throw the needles over the wall into our park sometimes. We really would like to avoid having it get to that level again if at all possible. Thanks guys. We know this a problem everywhere and you guys have a neverending battle on your hands. We just want to stress that we get people coming from all over the country to stay in our park while they go to Six Flags or SF or Napa. It improves the overall impression these people get of Vallejo if we can keep the front of our park looking clean.

This is what people see when they drive through Vallejo on I80. They look off to the side of the freeway and they see a frontage road that looks like a garbage dump. We have travelers from all over the country come into our park and ask us constantly why the city doesn't clean up the street in front of the RV park and all we can do is shrug. It's been like this for at least 6 months.

These people have been squatting in front of Tradewinds for the last 3 weeks. They've got laundry and blankets strung up on our property. They're completely blocking the sidewalk for pedestrians who want to walk past. We can't clean the front of our RV park now because we have to walk into their little encampment to do that. Please help guys. Thanks!

The front of 239 Lincoln Road West is turning into a parking lot again. People are parked in the red zone at the entrance to the RV park making it very dangerous to exit onto Lincoln road West because of lack of visibility due to cars blocking the view of oncoming traffic.

This piece of crap driving a 4 door white Chevy Silverado with a rack on the back dumped a bunch of garbage along the freeway wall across the street from 271 Lincoln road West. We have it on camera but couldn't get a plate #.

This silver Nissan Armada has been dumped in front of Tradewinds for the last week. It's basically been completely stripped. No license plates.

This white van was just dumped in front of our business by a blue and yellow tow truck. This is at least the third time he has dumped this particular vehicle right after the VPD has come through and cleaned the street. I believe he has also dumped other vehicles here. The tow trucks license plate number is 6M14382. We were told by a witness that he keeps towing vehicles and dumping them in front of Tradewinds or in the Motel 7 parking lot. There are now 3 more junkers parked here again. It never ends :-(

The Vallejo P.D. chased off a group of RV squatters who have been camped here for a month. We appreciate that very much, unfortunately however, they returned immediately the next day.
Our park is being cased every night by people looking to steal things. We constantly find heroin needles when we are trying to clean the front of our business. Eventually the amount of garbage these people produce and the hostile environment we have to work in to try to clean this mess up right where they have set up camp means that we eventually can't do it. We have been screamed at by homeless people for trying to clean up garbage from in front of our business.
It is very difficult to run a tourism based business when you aren't allowed to keep the front of your business from looking like a dumping ground. People come to our park from all over the country. Vallejo looks like trash when they see this...we need help.

This stuff was left in the street after VPD cleared out some RV street squatters. unfortunately they've come back immediately. I'll make a separate report for that.
