There is an individual who is placing dog-poop bags, one on top of the other, beneath the lamp post on the corner of Clanranald and rue David-Lewis.
Gross, I know. But there are not many trash bins in the area...

The other day, I picked up at least 30 little baggies and threw them in the bin at Decarie Square.
Perhaps a trash bin right on this corner will help!!

Thank you so much (you already filled in potholes when I complained about avenue Macdonald, so there is hope!)
