Homeless guy sleeping behind the boxes in the picture. He's drug in some furniture to make his stay that much more comfortable. Trash all over this garage converted into Carport, including feces. Up to 4 people have been seen staying in this ramshackle studio apartment. Hope it gets resolved soon!
