I believe this is regarding the damaged pavement on the on ramp from Redwood Street to Hwy 80 Westbound (at the metering light). I've seen cars drive on the shoulder to avoid the damaged pavement, which I think is about 4-5 feet long.

I reported this to Cal Trans but I think the city needs to contact them also.
