The Shuster park was closed for works before winter. After a day of work was closed for good. Why was that started knowing that could not be completed before winter ? Now nobody can use it for perhaps half a year. It should have been started work when work can be continued.

Good Morning,
the project was undertaken in the fall when the City closes its playgrounds for the winter season. We anticipate reopening sometime in the early summer. The demolition was completed as well as certain infrastructure work (wiring and plumbing). To answer you question, we could not redevelop this park completely in one month. We chose this period in the year to minimize downtime for our park users.

Lately the fence was removed, so we could walk in the park. If you can maintain this status is fine.
