City of Vallejo

This sight has been given alot of attention. The COV should clearly see that this is not welcomed here or anywhere else in this town! As the picture depicts, a clearly visible NO TRESPASSING sign along with the penalty involved if caught doing so. The sign obviously means nothing to the trespassers , the city, or the owner of the property! So we the taxpaying citizens are left looking at this blight and have to endure these peoples filthy ways and the blight they have created! I pay my taxes, bills, shop here and this is what i and everyone else against this blight get in return? If you have a bleeding heart towards these people, by all means move them in with you!

The future of Vallejo if this isnt fixed. How can the city let this go on? There are no trespassing signs all the way around this property. These people are disgusting. How many of them are criminals evading detection by living like this? The city lets it go, so not a bad way to hide out, at the expense of the citys appearance. What ever happened to the person named william who used to report, i have not seen this persons responses and reportings. What i did see was certain people criticizing his reportings, maybe thats why they havnt been reporting. People in Vallejo should report everything and anything that hurts the image of the town.

In White Slough area near the old Kmart property behind Three Brothers Furniture on Sonoma Blvd.
Filth, trash, blight. This area is getting worse by the day, huge Biohazard and fire hazard.
Trespassing, illegal camping are among the multitude of laws/ordinances being violated here.
Please remove and secure this property. This and other encampments are polluting of marshes and waterways with trash, human feces and hypodermic needles. Notice the warning sign in the picture that states that this IS PRIVATE Property.
This is unacceptable, I don’t understand why this is allowed to continually go on here. These folks need to be moved on and held accountable.
Time to clean up Vallejo’s White Slough for the wildlife and residents of Vallejo to enjoy.

As previously reported, this lot is full of garbage, but now many encampments have been set up, entire area looks like what the white slough used to look like.

This is DISGUSTING. These people, and im being generous with that title, are breaking numerous laws not to mention living like pigs. I take that back, pigs live better than these filthy rats. Why has the city of Vallejo aloud this? Im new to this sight and see people have commented on other posts. Some of the people are disgusted, some are sympathetic. What part of wrong dont these sympathetic crusaders see? These "people" should be evicted NOW. Stop all the bleeding heart rhetoric and clean up this mess. We dont deserve this as taxpaying people of this town.

This has to be the most disgusting homeless COMMUNE that i have ever seen! Garbage everywhere, homeless camps, filth , people defacting in plain view of the shoppers at Smart and final, and NOTHING is being done about it. The homeless constantly harass the shoppers as they are going into the store, loitering around the parking lot looking in cars, yelling at people and all of this being against the law! The city will do nothing about the 20 plus homeless camps on this property or for that matter anywhere else in Vallejo also! Drive down Sonoma Blvd from HWY 29 and look at the filth you encounter as enter Vallejo, despicable! This is what people see when they come here, homeless camps, garbage, filth everywhere, and you wonder why we have the distinct ranking of 222nd on the worst place to raise a family! I blame the past and current city council for this problem!

I went to this shopping center at Redwood St and Sonoma Blvd last night and the entire area was an absolute Cesspool.
Unsavory people loitering everywhere, homeless vagrants, hobos, RVS, decrepit junk cars with people living in them.
This is a problem here and of course Walmart and across the street from smart and final to the Exxon Gas Station and beyond.
Entire area has s very unsafe and dirty feeling to it.
I have live in Vallejo all my life and have never felt so unsafe in this area.
Something needs to be done to clean up Vallejo.
It’s a damn shame what is going on in this city.
Vallejo in and of itself is a beautiful city with so much wasted potential.
We really need to help the truly homeless get off the street and send all the hobos, transients, and druggies packing.

This entire area between the railroad tracks and Walmart Neighborhood Market is literally a cesspool of bums and out of control vagrancy alone with drug use, trash, litter, indecent exposure, general filth etc.
Littering in the Walmart parking lot and dumping on the railroad tracks.
The hard working tax paying residents of this city demand action now!

Law enforcement needs to clean out ot only this area but this entire end of town. Check for outstanding warrants and sexual predator status.
The residents of this city deserve better than this.
This is going on all over this city, why would anyone want to do business here?
This city is stagnant but so much potential but it’s wasted due to poor leadership and lack of ambition.

There is an ever-growing homeless encampment in the vacant parking lot across from seafood city. It’s been there about 8 weeks, and as it grows, the trash and waste grows with it.
I’ve seen people using the lagoon to wash themselves and as a toilet. The city needs to address this ASAP.
This is actually a decent spot for people to camp, but the city needs to clean it up, provide services so they don’t use the lagoon for excrement and waste, and their trash doesn’t get picked up in the wind and blown all over our already trash filled bay.

I have been shopping at three brothers furniture for 40 years and came down to buy some furniture on their closing/moving sale and parked in the back on the south side ofr the store. What a disgrace it is to see this in the city of vallejo. There was actually a no trespassing sign within 2ft of the chain link fence that had been cut opened for access. This homeless camp with all the others that i could see where a total mess and not to mention unsightly. How can the city allow this? I wonder if this is why three brothers is moving their store? I heard of this sight and looked it up only to find numerous other complaints regarding this area with various opinions regarding this total disregard for the law and why nothinf is being done about it. Most people are outraged others are sympathetic, for which i dont understand. This is illegal, it is posted, they are trespassing, littering , loitering, illegally camping and absolutely NOTHING is being done. How sad. What a eyesore for people coming into Vallejo. Should not the property owner be held accountable?

In the parking lot of the strip mall where CVS and the 99-cent center are located, there is an abandoned car without wheels -- plus many homeless and illegally camped RVs. Clearly it's an illegal homeless encampment.
