Thanks for your prompt response. We look forward to a new beautiful healthy tree in its place. We are very happy with the Okono Cherry Tree that was planted in front of our house a few years ago and would be glad to have another one. It would look good to have two of the same trees there.

A work task has been assigned for this issue.

Thank you for your request. Before a new tree can be planted, the sidewalk and tree well must be reconstructed so they meet ADA and City planting standards. A repair request will be submitted to the DPW Streets Division after the old tree has been removed. Your request for an Okame cherry as the new tree has been noted.
