Sharraxaadda

Cars are constantly blocking the alley. The owner of the cars are working on a house being renovated. Every day the are at least 2-3 cars blocking the entrance to the alley because they won't park on the street because of out of state tags. It's causing residents to reverse down the alley to exit from the other end.
