Hello: Still learning how to use this new tool.
What does the response "Case resolved" mean? Does this mean that the landlord has cleaned up? Or that inspections has been sent out to check it out?
What does "Ntfd Housing inspections" mean? WOuld be helpful if abbreviations were explained. If someone could let me know, I would appreciate it.
