The traffic light is blinking red on vreeland and blinking yellow on fort street at night. Traffic on fort is traveling at least 55 mph. The light needs to be on for people on fort street to stop. There are also very high weeds growing there that you can't see around. It's extremely scary to cross. It's too hard to see oncoming traffic.
