In the future, we ask that you report these types of issues directly to Animal Control at (707) 784-4733. As for the home cluttered with trash, if the trash is in the interior of the home, you will need to report it Solano County Environmental Health Department at 707-784-6765, since Code Enforcement can only address issues that are on the exterior of the home.
