How long of a grace period between informing a property with cars and the
"End date" I heard 90 days....way too long...please let me know....the driveway at this property is empty....

Thank you for your comment. That is incorrect. Once the officer conducts the inspection they provide the property owner/vehicle owner with an administrative warning notice 30 days to rectify the issue. If the issue still remains after that time period, they are issued a citation along with a fine. This process will repeat itself and if the issue still remains (generally after a 3rd or 4th citation), then the officer will obtain a warrant to have the vehicle removed.
