It's 20 degrees in January. No way should there be standing water at Shelburne & Landon in Shaker Hts. I can see water kind of bubbling in the middle there -- why isn't the water department here?

I will have our Public Works Department check with Cleveland Water Department to see where this is on their list and report back.
