This old Nissan Sandra sits for months on end in front of other people's homes. Owner lives 3 houses down, but ditches his junk that just barely runs away from his own home. Car just sits their for a month or two, and then winds up in front of another home for an extended amount of weeks/months. Neighbors are fed up with this car being parked for so long in front of their homes and taking away their PARKING. Been reported months ago, but as of yet, nothing has happened. Car is parked on Mackenzie Place. Cross street is Santa Clara in Hayward, CA
