Description
Why can’t the lights at Shaker & Green ever actually work properly? Why aren’t they computerized like other cities’ lights? Case in point: at 5:35AM when I turn off Landon onto Green headed south, why am I immediately stopped with a yellow or red light at Shaker-East WHEN THERE IS NO CROSS TRAFFIC, AND THERE IS NO CAR HEADED EAST TO TRIGGER THE RED??? Yet I look behind me, and see that Green northbound has a green signal, meaning Shaker westbound has a red. And at that hour of the morning, it is rare to see more than 4-5 other cars. So I have to sit there and waste gas and needlessly add pollution into the air because .... why? Is it that difficult?
