    today at 4:56pm the traffic signal for northbound Doyle St at Powell failed to detect me on my bicycle and did not give me a green light

    after I pulled up to the signal the pedestrian walk light on just the west side of the intersection came on, and then eventually when southbound Doyle St traffic arrived at the signal they got a green light, but I never got a green northbound until the next signal phase after car traffic pulled up behind me

    this signal had similar actuation & phasing issues for Doyle St after it was originally installed, but then this was fixed and it was working brilliantly for a while - but now it has returned to horribleness - please fix it permanentlybnn

    The pedestrian signal for people walking west on Shellmound on the south side of the street at Overland is still blocked and not visible. This has been an issue all during the railroad quiet zone construction for many months.

    This should have been addressed from the start as part of the project's construction staging plan, but it's especially bad that it still wasn't addressed after being reported multiple times.

    "Traffic safety" was used as an excuse for a bunch of bad design decisions as part of this project, per the railroad's insistence. But when the project results in an obscured walk signal for many months like this it really illustrates how hollow those stated concerns actually are.

This lack of access is an ADA violation, please add an on-street sidewalk diversion past one of the closures, and turn the street into one-way for cars if need be to make this happen.

    As part of the railroad quiet zone project on 65th St it looks like the westbound bike lane is being shifted toward the curb earlier & further back than previously - please make sure to also paint the curb red along this entire stretch (currently green) to help discourage drivers from parking there & blocking the bikeway
